Preparation
Instructions
- Crust, Sauce Cheese and Pepperoni should be thawed
in refrigerator at 38°F. two days before use. In emergency, sauce
may be thawed quickly by placing container in hot water for one hour.
- Connie's Italian Sausage chunks should be used
frozen.
- apply the proper amount of Connie's Pizza sauce
using a flat bottom ladle. Spread the sauce from the crust's center
in a circular motion up to the crust's edge. You must keep the crust's
edge free from all toppings.
- Spread 3/4 of the 5-blend cheese over crust, covering
only up to the inside edge of the crust.
- Distribute desired toppings over pizza evenly.
- Sprinkle Remaining Cheese on top of pizza.

for Cooking a Connie's Pizza

Pre heat a properly calibrated
oven to the desired temperature:
- Deck type oven - 450-475°F
- Revolving tray pizza oven - 490°F
- Conventional home type oven - 430°F
- Conveyor oven - 470°F
- Convection oven - 400-425°F
