Preparation Instructions

  1. Crust, Sauce Cheese and Pepperoni should be thawed in refrigerator at 38°F. two days before use. In emergency, sauce may be thawed quickly by placing container in hot water for one hour.
  2. Connie's Italian Sausage chunks should be used frozen.
  3. apply the proper amount of Connie's Pizza sauce using a flat bottom ladle. Spread the sauce from the crust's center in a circular motion up to the crust's edge. You must keep the crust's edge free from all toppings.
  4. Spread 3/4 of the 5-blend cheese over crust, covering only up to the inside edge of the crust.
  5. Distribute desired toppings over pizza evenly.
  6. Sprinkle Remaining Cheese on top of pizza.


Procedures for Cooking a Connie's Pizza

  1. Pre heat a properly calibrated oven to the desired temperature:
  • Deck type oven - 450-475°F
  • Revolving tray pizza oven - 490°F
  • Conventional home type oven - 430°F
  • Conveyor oven - 470°F
  • Convection oven - 400-425°F
